FRANKLIN -- Mr. and Mrs. Leonard and Shirley Riccardi celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Sunday, June 14, with a Mass at Immaculate Conception Church in Franklin, followed by a reception at the Lafayette House.

The wedding party consisted of their six grandchildren, Danielle Hough, Tylor Dippel, Janie Riccardi, Mary Ann Riccardi, Peter Riccardi and Nicholas Riccardi. The party was given by the couple's three children and their spouses, Leonard and Laura Riccardi, Karen and Wayne Day and Robin Hough.

The Riccardis were married at Our Lady Queen of Peace in Hewitt on June 14, 1959.
