WANTAGE -- Wayne C. and Judith L. Howell announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelly M. Howell, to Timothy J. Lowin. He is the son of James G. Lowin and Pamela J. Lowin, of Branchville.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of High Point Regional High School and Rowan University. She is a science teacher.

Her fiance also is a graduate of High Point Regional High School. He is an electrician.

The couple will wed June 26, 2010.
