HAMPTON -- Deborah Casazza-Donnelly, of Hampton, and Patrick J. Raabe, of Frankford, announce the engagement of their daughter, Heather Marie Raabe, to Andrew Brent Cockerham. She also is the stepdaughter of Stephen Donnelly, of Hampton. He is the son of David and Beverly Cockerham, of Ocean City.

The bride-to-be is a 1993 graduate of High Point Regional High School and attended County College of Morris and Sussex County Community College. She is an employment specialist for SCARC Inc.

Her fiance is a 1995 graduate of West Deptford High School and served in the United States Marine Corps and the New Jersey Army National Guard. He is a New Jersey State Parks Police Officer.

The couple will wed this fall.
