TRANQUILITY -- Cathy and William Sirocky announce the engagement of their daughter, Meghan E Sirocky, to Jeffrey C. Rowles. He is the son of Albert and Ann Rowles, of Springfield, Pa.

The bride-to-be is a 1999 graduate of Newton High School and a 2003 graduate of Penn State University. She completed her master's degree at Temple University. She works as an HR analyst for Wyeth Pharmaceuticals.

Her fiance is a 2001 graduate of Cardinal O'Hara High School and a 2005 graduate of Penn State University. He is an IT developer for Vanguard.

A wedding is planned for Aug. 14, 2010, at St. Luke's Catholic Church and Stroudsmoor Country Inn.
