HARDYSTON -- Noreen Stanavitch, of Hardyston, and Dennis Stanavitch, of Bridgewater, announce the engagement of their daughter, Renee, to Robert Travisano. He is the son of Robert and Maryann Travisano, of Elizabeth.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Pope John XXIII Regional High School and received her undergraduate degree from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. She completed her master's degree in speech language pathology at New York University and is employed as a private therapist by Dynamic Therapeutic Services in Hudson County.

Her fiance is a graduate of Seton Hall Preparatory High School and Villanova University. He received his law degree from St. John's University School of Law, and is a partner at the law firm of Entwistle and Cappucci in New York City and Florham Park. He practices commercial litigation.

The couple plans to wed in fall 2010.
